What You'll Be Doing:

Kicking off each shift with a quick catch-up with the CNC Supervisor to stay updated on production goals and schedules.
Ensuring maximum productivity by smartly grouping and scheduling jobs.
Collaborating with supervisors and other team members to tackle any production challenges.
Helping with machine setup and operation to keep things running smoothly.
Documenting setup procedures to guide operators in configuring machines correctly.
Working closely with operators to ensure all parts meet customer specs.
Utilizing your expertise to improve manufacturing methods and enhance efficiency.
Training and mentoring machine operators to upskill the team.
Providing insights for sales quotes and pricing when needed.
Staying organized and preparing for future jobs by setting up tools and equipment ahead of time.
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace-because safety first!

Education and Experience:
