As the Welder, you are responsible for the various tasks such as the preparation, welding, and finishing of complex welded fabrications, responsible for product quality.

• TIG welding on stainless steel, selecting, processing, and welding of small or single unit production series or semi‑finished products, mainly from stainless steel parts.
• Carry out all work in accordance with designated welding techniques, required productivity levels, and set quality standards.
• Set up and calibrate welding equipment in accordance with procedures and technical drawings, applicable quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Comply with supply lead times and standard times as set by the Team Leader.
• Perform simple maintenance of tools and instruments; larger maintenance issues are escalated to the Team Leader.
• Safe and certified operation of industrial equipment as needed (crane and/or tie loads).
• Check parts for presence, dimensions, and quality.

• Secondary education in a relevant technical field (local legal requirements).
• Welding certificate, TIG or equivalent (local legal requirements).
• Experience in welding and welding technology.
• Operational knowledge of relevant software and ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs, stand, and bend repeatedly.
• Problem‑solving skills and innovative insight in applying technical expertise.
