Position Overview
Kubota Manufacturing of America in Gainesville, GA is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Welding Team Members. In this role, you will play a critical part in producing high-quality products while working in a collaborative and safety-focused environment. Success in this position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely assemble and weld components in accordance with established work instructions and standard cycle times
- Operate welding and assembly equipment effectively and in compliance with safety standards
- Verify part numbers and ensure all components are correctly assembled before proceeding
- Collaborate with team members to support production goals and maintain standardized processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
- Maintain organization and cleanliness through 5S practices, including proper tool and jig management
- Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and all company policies
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
- Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and comprehension)
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs
- Hands-on experience with MIG welding
- Prior experience in manufacturing, welding, or assembly environments
- Knowledge of MIG welding processes and equipment

This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require working in varying temperatures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (entire shift)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Frequent use of hands for tools and equipment operation
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, and climb stairs
- Adequate vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus)
- Ability to communicate effectively
