What You’ll Be DoingLead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable aggregate operations.
Coach and support team members to maintain high performance and adherence to operating standards.
Monitor equipment and production processes, identifying issues and coordinating timely corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production and inventory records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Promote a safety‑first culture through active engagement, communication, and accountability.
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate frontline employees in a production environment.
Skill in identifying operational issues and implementing effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic work setting.
Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
This role operates in an active aggregates production setting, involving exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving machinery, elevated noise levels, and varying terrain. Personal protective equipment is required. The position involves regular standing, walking, climbing, and lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
