Packaging Technician II PATDC

Shift: Day: 5:45 am to 4:30 pm MON-WED and 5:45 am TO 3:30 pm on THURSDAY

Preferred Experience

• Twelve (12) months of manufacturing experience
• Equipment troubleshooting knowledge and skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to operate a reach truck forklift
• Basic aptitude for math and computer skill

Description

• :
  
  Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures to operate packaging equipment (Printers, Coders, Labelers, Vision systems, Tray assemblers, Heat tunnels, Dryers, Forklift, Storage units, etc.
• )Assists during set up of Packaging equipment (Printers, Coders, Labelers, Vision systems, Tray assemblers, Heat tunnels, etc.
• )Maintains all waste materials in the proper satellite storage bins
• .Assists in completing all documentation required to request all products, materials, components, and general supplies required for the day-to-day operations of the packaging department
• .Accurately performs reconciliations within the batch records of products, materials, and components used in packaging

  High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years relevant experience; 3 years relevant experience preferred
