GARNEY (Warren Environmental) is offering a Production Laborer position. The Production Laborer is responsible for manufacturing epoxy coatings by following established procedures to ensure consistent product quality across multiple lines. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to operate machinery, and a willingness to learn, with on‑job training provided.

• Operate and set up machinery while maintaining responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all work performed.
• Follow batch tickets and perform production tasks in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
• Properly obtain, use, and return tools, tooling, and calibrated measuring instruments, ensuring timely calibration as required.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including inspections, calibration records, and preventive maintenance logs.
• Handle materials and finished products with care while adhering to all safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Comply with ISO procedures, quality standards, and all company policies; perform inspections and additional duties as needed.

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated.
• Willing to learn.
• Close attention to detail.
