We’re looking for a Set-Up Technician in Gainesville, GA who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in machine performance, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow your technical skills while supporting critical production operations.

• Perform machine set‑ups, changeovers, and operate equipment to support production needs.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on machines and related equipment.
• Monitor machine performance, verify programs, and ensure operation within process parameters.
• Load/unload machines, handle materials, and support production flow and reporting.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards (LOTO, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, IQI, and 6
  
  IMS); maintain a clean work environment.

• 2–4 years of experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment (5+ years preferred).
• Vocational or Certificate Training: desired.

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and use measurement devices.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office); ERP/CRM experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail; reliable attendance and teamwork.
• Fast‑paced manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and moving parts.
• Required use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety toe shoes.

• Lift and carry up to 60 lbs (additional lifting assisted by equipment).
• Push/pull up to 250 lbs using material handling equipment.
• Constant standing, walking, and use of hands/fingers.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and overhead movement.
• Occasional climbing, kneeling, crawling, and working in tight or elevated spaces.
