Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate an Amada CNC fiber laser to cut parts per prints/travelers;
Run the AMS 3015CL loader: load/unload material, monitor job flow, verify material thickness/type;
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections (calipers, micrometers, tape, gauges);
Maintain part counts, identification, and job traceability; record production, scrap, and downtime;
Monitor cut quality and troubleshoot common issues (dross, incomplete cuts, pierce problems, tip-ups)
