Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Amada press brakes to form parts per prints/travelers;
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections (angles, flange length, hole-to-bend, overall dimensions);
Make operator-level adjustments to achieve specification (ram depth/angle, backgauge offsets, crowning/compensation per procedure);
Maintain part counts, identification, and job traceability; record production, scrap, and downtime;
Follow 5S and daily/weekly checklists; observe safety procedures and PPE requirements
