Position: LIVE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Live Operations Coordinator

At Pilgrim’s, safety is a priority for our team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting using SAP
  • Record keeping and filing of confidential materials
  • Maintain strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Experience in SAP is preferred
  • Multi‑task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Customer service skills
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Promote open communication and support a positive work environment
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Feed Mill Operations Team
  • Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
  • Education:

    High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience:

    1 or more years of previous experience
  • Skills:

    Effective communication, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities, good math skills
