Bakery Production Operator
This role involves operating and managing the frozen dough, butter cake, and cake sheet production lines at a bakery manufacturing factory.
Primary ResponsibilitiesJob duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Operate bakery equipment and training for staffing employees
- Maintain high standards for product quality and follow safety regulations
- Check daily/monthly inventory
- Part-time employee hygiene, industrial safety and commuting management
- Efficient production line improvement
- 3+ years of experience in bakery, cake industry or food manufacturing operation preferred
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
- Communication skills and good teamwork
