Production Supervisor
This role focuses on production performance tracking and material/consumable management. The specialist ensures operational efficiency by overseeing procurement and inventory without direct line supervision.
Primary Responsibilities- Performance Tracking: Record and analyze daily production output and KPIs.
- Data Administration: Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and internal systems.
- Procurement Management: Order and manage factory consumables, office supplies, and equipment.
- Material Coordination: Oversee raw and sub-material inventory and floor logistics.
- Operational Support: Support general site management to improve factory efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience: In manufacturing or related fields preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Korean: Preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel: And computer applications.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing site environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
