1st Shift Assembly Workers at ZF Gainesville, LLC. Compensation starts at $19.20 per hour. Overtime is mandatory as needed.
Schedule- First shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime and weekends required
- Health, vision, and dental coverage
- 401(k) with matching
- Vacation and holiday pay (after full‑time status)
- Holiday and double time pay for overtime
- Assemble production parts according to standard procedures and bill of materials
- Set up and operate assembly station and material‑handling equipment (e.g., overhead cranes, lift assists)
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments with precision
- Reference product drawings or blueprints for dimensions and tolerances
- 1–2+ years of recent manufacturing experience
- Ability to follow work instructions and apply quality control
