Follow all safety protocols. Participate in pre and post shift meetings. Maintain department housekeeping standards. Complete STOP observations as needed. Have complete understanding of company quality standards and standard tolerances. Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap- less than 1.5%. Maintain acceptable levels of customer returns- less than 0.5%.

Required education and experience:
Must be willing to work any shift assigned. Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English preferred. Must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Be able to lift to 100 lbs. with a partner. Preferred Skills/

Qualifications:

Team player: ability to work as a team. Self-starter. Adaptable to change. Ability to prioritize needs. Must have ability to work at a fast pace. HSD or GED preferred. Minimum of 1 Year Manufacturing Experience desirable.
