Set up and operate an Amada CNC fiber laser to cut parts per prints/travelers;
Load/unload material using AMS 3015CL loader and verify flow;
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections with calipers/micrometers;
Maintain part counts, identification, and job traceability; record production, scrap, downtime;
Monitor cut quality and troubleshoot dross/pierce issues;
Perform daily/weekly machine-area maintenance and housekeeping (5S)
