Why You'll Love Working Here- Competitive Pay: $16.00/hour during the training period (up to 6 weeks) and limitless production pay afterwards
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, some Saturdays required as needed
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM, some Saturdays as needed
- Full-Time Opportunity: 40 hours per week + overtime (as needed)

- Perform precise cuts using hand knives
- Maintain production line pace to meet daily output goals
- Inspect meat for defects, bruising, excess fat, or foreign material
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), USDA guidelines, and plant sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination
- Previous poultry cutting experience is preferred
- Ability to learn poultry cutting techniques to utilize safely
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet a daily quota
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
