MIG Welder/Fabricator Gainesville & Jefferson, GA

$20.00 - $24.25 per hour
1st & 2nd Shift Available
10-12 Hour Shifts | Monday-Friday | Overtime & Weekends as Needed

Join Our Team as a MIG Welder!

We are seeking dependable and motivated MIG Welders/Fabricators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have welding experience, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication according to work instructions and quality standards
• Operate Miller welding equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect parts and verify proper assembly before welding
• Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
• Assist with additional duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
• Flexible and adaptable to changing production needs
• Knowledge of weld shop processes is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods during shifts
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Work in hot and cold manufacturing environments
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
