The Impact You’ll MakeAs Adventure Center Director, you will:
- Drive life-changing impact by leading a high-quality after school and summer camp program rooted in faith, excellence, and purpose
- Champion measurable growth in Discipleship, Academics, Personal Development, Leadership, and Citizenship for every child served
- Shape meaningful relationships with children, families, staff, and community partners that build trust, stability, and belonging
- Create safe, inspiring spaces where children are known by name, feel deeply valued, and are spiritually nurtured
- Multiply your influence by developing and empowering a mission-aligned team through clear vision, prayer, accountability, and encouragement
- Safeguard and advance the mission by upholding the values, integrity, and reputation of Mission 1:27 in every interaction
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in children’s ministry, education, Christian-based leadership, and/or youth development
- Active Christian faith and church involvement
- Strong communication, leadership, and public relations skills
- Ability to manage teams, programs, and relationships with integrity and excellence
- Creativity, flexibility, humility, and a teachable spirit
