Full-Time | $40-45/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (Exact hours based on patient schedule)

The Opportunity
In this hands‑on, patient‑facing role, you’ll coordinate and deliver care across the surgical continuum. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe workflows, positive patient outcomes, and adherence to evidence‑based standards.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve care goals
• Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
• Participate in ongoing education and unit meetings
• Conduct and document comprehensive patient assessments and vital signs
• Identify abnormal findings and communicate results promptly
• Develop and update individualized care plans during shift transitions
• Support patients throughout surgical procedures and recovery
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient responses during all phases of care
• Uphold facility standards, ethics, and evidence‑based procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and families
• Prioritize safety and patient outcomes in fast‑paced environments
• Value teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excel in a mission‑driven, detail‑oriented setting

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) & Active RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Ambulatory Surgery Center and Pain Management experience preferred
• EHR experience (Athena) preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• CPAN certification preferred

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of clinical best practices and patient assessment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push up to 300 lbs
• Clear vision, depth perception, and ability to perform fine motor tasks
