Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full‑Time | $24-30/hr | Monday‑Thursday 7:30 am‑4:30 pm & Friday 8 am‑12 pm

As an LPN, you’ll support physicians and clinical staff by delivering high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment. This role combines direct patient care, clinical support, patient communication, and diagnostic procedures to help ensure safe and efficient daily operations.

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in accordance with professional standards and facility policies
• Assess patients, obtain vital signs, document medical histories, and observe patient conditions
• Assist physicians and registered nurses with patient care and procedures
• Communicate with patients and families to support a positive care experience

• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, venipuncture, and other diagnostic procedures as directed
• Review and maintain accurate medical charts and documentation
• Complete annual mandatory training requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Take pride in delivering excellent patient care

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing required
• Current BLS certification required
• At least one (1) year of healthcare experience required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and critical nursing skills
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and computer skills
