Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assists with patient assessments and contributes to care planning.
• Administers treatments and medications within scope of practice.
• Supports interdisciplinary care interventions focused on rehabilitation progress.
• Documents patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provides care appropriate to the age and condition of the patient.
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient advocacy.

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• Current state licensure as an LPN/LVN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required.
• IV Certification preferred or obtained within six months.
• Minimum six months of acute care or rehabilitation experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply).

3×12 shift, days 7 a.m.–7 p.m., rotating weekends.
