Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute, a state‑of‑the‑art 40‑bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital serving the Gainesville community. The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, brain or spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

• Current state RN license
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred

• Schedule:
  
  3×12, days (7p‑7a), rotating weekends
• Full time – Night shift
