About the Role:

Job Summary Capable clinician with previous specialty experience preferred, focused on ex Neuro IMC is a 16-bed Intermediate Care nursing unit. Neuro IMC serves as a dedicated stroke nursing unit. As a Neuro IMC unit, care is rendered to a variety of intermediate care neuro patients including but not limited to:

High acuity ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke patients

Patients receiving IV thrombolytic for acute ischemic stroke

Patients requiring continuous EEG monitoring

Patients with other neurological disorders such as Guillain-Barre’ Syndrome, Myasthenia Gravis, and ALSPatients with hemodynamic instability needing antiarrhythmic and/or vasopressor medications

Minimum Job Qualifications Licensure or other certifications:
Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.

Educational Requirements:

Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required
