Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute, a proud member of Lifepoint Health, is a state‑of‑the‑art, 40‑bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital focused on helping patients recover from stroke, neurological conditions, brain or spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.
As a Registered Nurse you will work alongside experienced clinicians, providing comprehensive rehabilitation services and contributing to the growth of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation in the medical record.
- Compile and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments.
Qualifications
- Current state RN license.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ASLS certification preferred.
Schedule
- Part Time – Day Shift (7a–7p), rotating weekends.
