Family Nurse Practitioner - Gainesville, GA

Position

Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Physician Associate (PA) – Full‑time provider roles with Marathon Health.

• Practice relationship‑based medicine at the top of the license.
• Deliver prevention, chronic disease management and health education to patients.
• Utilize resources such as Up To Date  and RubiconMD to support clinical decisions.
• Schedule patient appointments ranging from 20 to 60 minutes with a focus on meaningful outcomes.
• Manage acute and chronic visits with limited administrative and insurance‑related tasks.
• Work autonomously within a team that values patient‑first care and innovation.

• Active state license and current board certification (ANCC or AANP for NP; NCCPA for PA).
• Independent practice provider preferred where state regulations allow.
• Federal DEA number preferred and may be required for full prescribing authority.
• CPR/BLS certification at the start date.
• Independent family practice experience, including routine wellness, chronic care management and urgent visits, preferred.

Pay range: $120,000 – $155,000 per year. Actual offers vary by location, experience and skill level.
