The unit provides 24-bed care for pre and post open cardiovascular and thoracic procedures with close monitoring and a 3:1 or 4:1 patient ratio.
Ideal candidates have GA RN licensure and an ADN or Diploma, with BSN preferred. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is available, along with relocation assistance and a competitive benefits package.
