Nurse Educator
Role: Critical Care Nurse Educator
Responsibilities: Lead unit-based education, support staff development, promote high-quality patient-centered care, serve as a clinical and educational resource, support orientation, validate competencies, and facilitate ongoing learning for critical care teams. Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to enhance evidence-based practice, quality outcomes, and patient safety. Provide direct patient care as needed.
Qualifications: Active Georgia RN license, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), minimum 3 years RN experience with at least 3 years in Critical Care (Cardiac preferred).
Skills &
Certifications:
Professional certification in a clinical or education specialty, membership in professional organizations, preferred NPD-BC certification, and Master's Degree. Previous educator or staff development experience is a plus.
