LPN, LPN​/LVN, RN Nurse

Ro Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, compassionate care across school, clinic, and community settings. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient status, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and school staff. You will follow care plans and clinical protocols, support health education, and respond to health emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in school, clinic, and community settings
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and protocols
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and vital signs
• Support development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and school staff
• Respond to health emergencies and provide first aid as needed
• Educate patients, families, and school staff on health conditions and care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and records
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
