LPN​/RN Unit Manager

• Oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, including medication administration, wound care, and mobility assistance
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
• Lead and mentor a team of LPNs and RNs, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care
• Monitor and report on unit statistics, including patient outcomes, quality measures, and productivity metrics
• Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, dietary, and social services, to ensure seamless care transitions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance patient care and staff efficiency

• Current LPN/RN licensure in the state of Georgia
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
