Sr. Specialist, Quality Control – Documentation & Data Management

Location:

Gainesville, GA 30501 (On‑site)

Pay Rate: $30.92 – $36.92/hour

Contract:

2‑Year Contract | Full‑Time (40 hrs/week)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Sr. Specialist to support Quality Control operations focused on documentation, data management, and laboratory compliance activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, values accuracy, and can independently manage critical documentation workflows.

• Distribute, track, and reconcile controlled documentation
• Prepare and review 2008s and related QC documentation
• Manage file room organization and serial file compilation
• Support reagent and supply ordering, receipt, and tracking
• Assist with sample receipt processes and LIMS reporting
• Utilize SAP for accurate recordkeeping and data management
• Ensure compliance and data integrity across all documentation processes

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and own end‑to‑end processes
• Comfort using computer systems (LIMS, SAP, and related tools)
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional data sharing
• Commitment to compliance and documentation accuracy

• Associate’s degree + 2–3 years, OR Bachelor’s degree + 1–2 years manufacturing, lab or data management experience (preferred)
• Background in manufacturing or quality environments
