Senior Quality Control Specialist
Location: Gainesville
Contract: 2-Year Contract | Full-Time | On-Site | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

The Senior Quality Control Specialist supports QC operations through documentation management, data integrity support, laboratory record maintenance, and compliance activities within a GMP-regulated environment. This role assists with controlled documentation, sample tracking, reagent ordering, LIMS reporting, and SAP record management while ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal procedures.
- Distribute and reconcile QC documentation
- Prepare and review 2008 forms and related records
- Maintain QC file room and document archives
- Support sample receipt, LIMS reporting, and serial file compilation
- Order and track laboratory reagents and supplies
- Utilize SAP and electronic systems for record keeping
- Ensure compliance with GMP and data integrity requirements
- Communicate effectively with laboratory and quality teams
- Associate's degree with 2-3 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of related experience
- Experience in QC, laboratory support, or data management preferred
- Familiarity with LIMS, SAP, and GMP documentation practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
