You will monitor HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and other QA programs, document findings, and drive real-time corrective actions to ensure product quality and safety on the production floor.
The role requires over-time availability, strong communication, and the ability to work closely with sanitation and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
