Quality Control Technician ​/ Inspector – Multiple Shifts

Summary

Support production and engineering by ensuring products meet specifications.

• Inspect products to ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform measurements using equipment such as calipers, micrometers, profilometers, roughness testers, visual measurement systems, and others.
• Conduct measurements using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and develop new measurement programs for CMM.
• Perform tests, analyze results, generate detailed reports, and recommend machining adjustments.

• Proficient in reading blueprints.
• Experienced in using conventional measuring equipment.
• Proficient with CMM equipment (Zeiss or Mitutoyo preferred).
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with machine tools such as milling machines and lathes is a plus.

HS diploma or AA degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.

3+ years in quality control, preferably in manufacturing.

Manufacturing environment requiring walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Prolonged focus on visual tasks, including data entry on a computer and inspections.

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:15PM – 2:45AM
• Weekend Day Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00AM – 6:30PM
• Weekend Night Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00PM – 6:30AM
