Soul Shine Farms is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Gainesville, GA plant. The role oversees QA operations to ensure products meet USDA/FSIS, HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and customer specifications, while guiding QA technicians and inspectors.
The incumbent will partner with Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Operations to drive food safety and product quality, lead investigations, and manage CAPA with a focus on continuous improvement.
