Federal Work Study Student
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Mathematics department on the Gainesville campus. Student assistant for research project titled "Belonging in the Classroom:
Academic Micro-Communities and Sense of Belonging among First-Generation Students at UNG."
Student will assist in collection, organization, and analysis of data for research project. Student may be requested to transcribe interview data, identify qualitative and quantitative variables, organize data according to these markers, and analyze results using statistical methods. Punctuality and professionalism requested. Organizational and analytical skills preferred. No prior knowledge is necessary but having passed Math 1401 would be a plus.
Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
