Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, located in Duluth, GA. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food quality, and enforcing health and safety standards. Other key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, handling administrative tasks, and implementing strategies to drive revenue and efficiency. The Manager will foster a positive work environment while meeting performance goals and company standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in customer service, communication, and relationship-building
  • Experience with restaurant operations, staff supervision, and scheduling
  • Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multitasking, and maintain composure under pressure
  • Experience in hiring, training, and developing personnel is a plus
  • Basic computer and technology skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
