Customer‑Centric Sales & Service Associate | PTO

The salary range for this role is $12.00 to $12.75 per hour. This position is eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

• Engage directly with customers and help them find the products they need.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise.
• Handle clerical duties such as managing customer files and contracts.
• Maintain a positive and energetic sales floor environment.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds without help and up to 300 pounds with a dolly.

• Solid communication skills.
• Desire to help customers.
• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 pounds without help and up to 300 pounds with a dolly.
