Skier’s Marine, a trusted leader in the boating industry, is looking for a hardworking Lot Porter to join our Gainesville team. If you take pride in making boats look their absolute best and enjoy working in a team‑focused, fast‑paced outdoor environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities Lot Porter Duties- Move and position boats and trailers around the lot and showroom
- Assist with boat staging, display setup, and customer deliveries
- Transport boats between departments as needed
- Help load and unload boats, gear, and accessories
- Keep lot, docks, and grounds clean and organized
Check and maintain signage and display presentation - Support dealership operations and team members with general tasks and errands
- Prior detailing experience preferred (automotive, marine, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors and around water
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to safely maneuver trailers (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver’s license required
