Sales Associate / Fashion Consultant (Entry-Level, Part-Time/Full-Time)

Primary role for front-line team member handling daily sales floor operations.

• Deliver exceptional and friendly customer service: greet customers, assist with finding outfits/styles, manage fitting rooms, and answer phones.
• Process incoming inventory quickly: tag, sensor, hang, and merchandise clothing/accessories.
• Maintain a clean, organized store: fill, move, and straighten racks, backstock items, and support general cleaning.
• Operate registers accurately with a positive attitude; ring up sales and educate customers on selling to the store.
• Create engaging social media content (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook) to promote deals, new arrivals, and events.
• Support team efforts in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for customer service, fashion, deals, and sustainability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a busy setting and take initiative. Work well within a team.
• Reliable transportation and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer service or cash handling experience a plus; retail experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 12 hours/week for part-time; full-time ~40 hours.
