Skills and Abilities

*** Demonstrates knowledge and training in wig fitting – customizes fit according to patient’s need.
* Demonstrates knowledge and ability to measure and fit all compression garments whether custom or over the counter.#
** Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
*** Performs body measurements of patients to insure proper fit of over the counter or custom items being ordered.
* Research insurance policy coverage and determine what items are covered. Communicates information to patient.
* Maintains invoices matched with packing slips of ordered items and submit to accounts payable with appropriate accounting codes in a timely manner.
* Formulates pricing policies on merchandise according to requirements for profitability of store operations.
* Coordinates sales promotion activities and prepares merchandise displays and advertising.
* Orders merchandise and prepares requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand. Evaluates and selects new products to sale.
* Responsible for marketing of retail shop.
* Provides customer service for patients and customers.
* Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with policies and procedures.
* Other duties as assigned.#
