Game Stop - 350 Shallowford Road Northwest - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests promptly and respond to questions quickly and courteously;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in absence of Store Manager;
Process guest purchases/returns using POS system and ensure accurate transactions;
Assist in training store associates on policies, procedures, and guidelines;
Assist in scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ensuring store is clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines
