Are you outgoing, motivated, and passionate about health and fitness? Orange theory Fitness Gainesville is looking for energetic Sales Associates/Membership Advisors to join our team and help change lives through fitness.

As the first face members and guests see when they walk through our doors, you'll play a huge role in creating an amazing studio experience while helping people start their fitness journey.

Responsibilities:

* Build relationships with current and prospective members

* Conduct studio tours and explain the Orange theory workout and membership options

* Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails

* Assist with membership sales and retail purchases

* Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after classes

* Help create a positive, high-energy studio environment

* Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach efforts

* Manage front desk operations including check-ins

What We're Looking For:

* Strong communication and people skills

* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

* Sales experience preferred, but not required

* Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Flexible availability, including some mornings, evenings, and weekends
