We are seeking a dynamic and strategic regional sales manager to lead our sales efforts across designated territories. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a key driver of our regional expansion, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence market presence and contribute to the company’s overall success.

Duties
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with corporate objectives to maximize market penetration and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry research.
  • Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering customized solutions.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Oversee outside sales activities by coordinating schedules, setting appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for regional markets.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff or representatives within the region.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
Experience
  • Demonstrated success in managing regional or territory-based sales teams or accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
  • Proficiency in analysis skills for market research, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Leadership experience in guiding teams towards achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with outside sales methodologies and customer service best practices.
  • Technical sales experience involving medical devices or pharmaceutical products is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients, meetings, and administrative tasks efficiently.
