Join a growing State Farm independent contractor agency as a Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Sales Professional. We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused agent team member who enjoys building relationships and helping clients find the right coverage.

This role is with a State Farm independent contractor agent (not State Farm Insurance Companies). Agent team members are not employees of State Farm and must meet applicable licensing/training requirements.

• Prospect and engage with customers and leads to identify insurance needs.
• Quote, explain, and recommend Property & Casualty coverage options.
• Convert conversations into new policies and updated coverage.
• Build customer relationships and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Participate in training to improve sales performance and product knowledge.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required).
• Strong communication skills and a professional customer service mindset.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to successfully complete any required licensing or training.

Compensation $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
