At Deidre Fresquez's State Farm Agency
, we're looking for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships and helping customers protect what matters most. In this role, you'll assist existing policyholders while actively growing the agency through lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, and cold calling. After training, you'll be responsible for achieving monthly new business sales goals and contributing to the agency's growth.
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing policyholders.
- Build relationships by identifying additional insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage.
- Follow up on warm and new leads to generate new business.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to develop new customer relationships.
- Meet monthly new business sales goals after completing training.
- Quote, sell, and service Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
- Collaborate with the agency team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Sales mindset with a passion for helping customers and achieving goals.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to obtain State Licenses (P&C & L&H)
