A growing electrical wholesale distributor in Gainesville, GA is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a background in electrical products and proven sales success. This role is responsible for supporting contractors, walk in customers, and internal teams by providing product knowledge, generating quotes, processing orders, and driving revenue through exceptional customer service and relationship building.

This position is ideal for someone who understands the electrical supply industry and thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inside sales inquiries
• Provide knowledgeable support on electrical products, materials, and applications
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and pricing requests
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, electricians, and vendors
• Recommend products, upsell solutions, and identify opportunities to increase sales
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist walk in customers at the sales counter
• Resolve customer issues, returns, and product questions promptly
• Maintain up to date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and industry trends
