We are seeking a motivated apprentice welder to join our team on a temporary basis. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the welding trade while gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals. Training is provided, and no previous welding experience is required. Assist experienced welders with fabrication, repair, and installation projects. Prepare materials and equipment for welding.
MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings. Maintain tools and equipment. Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures. Keep work areas clean and organized.
High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Previous construction or shop experience is helpful but not required.
