Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting: identify and diagnose electro‑mechanical problems with equipment, and perform installations and repairs as needed.
  • Customer Interaction: interact directly with customers to understand concerns, recommend actions, and ensure satisfaction with service.
  • Professionalism: maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively, fostering goodwill.
  • Repair Work: execute repairs efficiently and effectively, addressing situations promptly and professionally.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: perform scheduled maintenance tasks for contracted customers and identify necessary repairs during checks.
  • Inventory Management: keep track of parts and supplies inventory in the service van.
  • Van Maintenance: ensure the van is properly maintained and stocked.
  • Safety Compliance: adhere to customer safety and housekeeping guidelines during repairs, prioritizing safety.
  • Other duties: perform any other duties as assigned or required to support the company's overall operations.
Requirements

All potential hires are subject to pre‑employment checks which include but are not limited to background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record checks.

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1‑3 years of equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a related field such as maintenance, repair, or installation is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and electronic systems, including reading schematics and technical manuals.
