Our high-volume Service Department is looking for a full-time Ford Certified Technician who wants to build skills, increase earning potential, and advance their career. Ford pays for all training, helping you stay current with new technology and develop additional skills and certifications.

Diagnose Ford vehicle problems and perform maintenance and repairs according to your experience and certifications

Work on systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, A/C, brakes, and more

• Up to $10,000 signing bonus based on experience and certifications

• Complete repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean, organized shop area
• Properly account for and maintain your tools
