Mobile Technician

As a CBRE Mobile Maintenance Technician in the Atlanta market, you will serve as the primary on-site facility expert for retail properties throughout the Dawsonville, Jasper, and Gainesville corridor. This role centers on proactive building maintenance and rapid response repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general structural trades. We provide a fully equipped company vehicle, fuel card, essential tools, and technology to ensure you remain mobile and efficient across North Georgia.

• Execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical, plumbing, and control systems to maintain site operations and safety standards.

• Manage work orders independently, providing accurate time estimates and material requirements to ensure timely resolution.

• Monitor and optimize building systems to support energy management and cost efficiency.

• Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and safety directives.

• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, property managers, and teammates to resolve inquiries effectively.

• Navigate North Georgia traffic and regional geography efficiently while operating company-issued vehicles.

• Follow established procedures and defined workflows to solve building maintenance challenges, ensuring high‑quality output on every service call.

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience. A combination of equivalent education and hands‑on experience will be considered.

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

• Physical capability to perform essential tasks including standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting or carrying loads of 50 lbs. or more.

• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple products. Experience with Service Channel is a distinct advantage.

• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset to identify and resolve maintenance issues before they impact operations.

• Basic math skills to manage simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and material markups.
